How do I book a taxi with TS57?

Is taxi transport reimbursed by French social security?
Yes, under certain conditions. You need a medical transport prescription from your doctor, and the transport must be justified by your condition. TS57 is approved with every health fund, so we bill the Assurance Maladie directly and you only pay any remaining patient contribution. Some long-distance or repeated journeys also need prior CPAM approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, no minimum or maximum) and instant SEPA transfer. We don’t accept cheques. If the card terminal fails, we’ll drop you at a cash machine of your choice.
Where are you based, and does it change the price?
Our taxi licence is held in Hayange (57700) and our registered office is in Malroy. A French taxi fare is calculated from its licensed commune: for a pickup in Hayange and the Fensch valley you pay for your ride alone. Anywhere else, in Metz, Thionville or Nancy, the journey we make to reach you is added to the fare. We quote that amount when you book, before you commit to anything.
Do you operate outside the Moselle?
Yes. We cover the Luxembourg – Metz – Nancy corridor daily. By reservation we handle long-distance journeys anywhere in France, plus transfers to airports, stations, ports and ferry terminals.
Do you offer services to taxi operators?
Yes, and it’s a significant part of our business: replacement taxi rental while your vehicle is off the road, taxi licence (ADS) leasing, subcontracted invoicing and CPAM electronic submission, bookkeeping and company formation support.
